We are pleased to recognize the winners of our Season Opening Activity Contest that concluded last Sunday Feb 17.  The ultimate winner of this successful event is Stephen Smoot. The list of winners is available though the link located in the center of the main page.  We played tons of matches during the contest period which gives us a good start into the 2008 tennis season.  Last Monday Feb 18 we also started match playing for our Winter Masters.  The draws are published and matches assigned.  Good luck to all competitors in this tournament! -Z

Registration for our Winter Masters tournament (see the One Click event calendar for details) will be closing Sat Feb 16 at midnight.  We hope to see you among the competitors in this event.  This coming weekend Feb 16-17 will provide the last two days of playing matches counted in our Activity Contest.  Winners and prizes will be announced Mon Feb 18.  Weather is great and we are looking forward to a tennis busy winter. -Z

If you go to your Dashboard page you will see the Activity Contest box.  Yes, we decided to start this 16-day competition despite two more days of rainy weather in the forecast.  Matches may not happen this weekend but there should be plenty dry days later.  Enjoy competing for attractive prizes by getting 1 point for every match played and 1 extra point for every match won.  Also, starting Monday Feb 4 look for the Winter Masters registration link on your Dashboard.  Let’s show the nature that we want to play some tennis! -Z

We are pleased to announce the schedule for our 2008 One Click Tennis competition events (see the link in the center column.)  We will offer them in addition to our daily matchmaking based on the proven mechanism that synchronizes players in time, space, and skill level.  We will be announcing several other initiatives aimed at strengthening our community and refining our service.  Please stay tuned and enjoy playing tennis with us. -Z

2007 was a great year for our One Click community.  We grew to 2,300+ members who played thousands of matches. We expanded geographically from Santa Rosa to

Santa Cruz. We completed four competitive events that attracted almost a thousand participants and produced over a hundred winners.  We established a sense of community in which players feel at home.  We foresee 2008 as a year of substantial service improvement and continuing growth.  We are looking forward to your participation and support.  Stay tuned for news on events that are coming soon.  Have a fantastic 2008 tennis-wise in every other dimension!   - One Click Tennis Team
